Where does the time go??

The last time I photographed these two cuties, it seemed like they were such little kids. And now they seem all grown up. But they are still absolutely the cutest things ever! (yes, Christian, I am talking to you.)

I had so much hanging out with one of my besties and her family. Michelle, there are no words for how happy my heart is when I think about all the love you have in your life. Thank you for allowing me to follow you guys around and for making my job so stinkin easy. LOVE!

I got to spend a few days with one of my favorite people and her family. Since I had never been to Corpus Christi before, and they had just celebrated their 13th anniversary, we thought a beach shoot would be perfect. I can only speak for myself, but I had so much fun! Not sure Todd would say the same, but he was a really, really good sport. Happy Anniversary Jess and Todd. Thanks for letting me hang out with you guys and showing me around Corpus. I can't wait to come back.

I had the honor of photographing my bestie's lil sister and her family this past weekend. And what a gorgeous family they are. And just a side note, I didn't make baby Noah cry one single time. Honest!

Krysten and Jimmy {in love}

Last weekend I got to take some 'after the wedding' pictures of Krysten and Jimmy. I had so much fun. We walked around the gardens, totally stress free because we weren't under any time constraints, and just took pictures of the beautiful couple. Thank you both for allowing me to capture you and your love! And Krysten - if I ever hear you say the "h" word again, I am seriously going to kick your butt! :)

My favorite photos are always the ones where people are being themselves - no posing, no fake smiles, nothing but real, honest emotion. Here are just a few of my favorites from Cassie and Jim's wedding. There were so many posed ones that I really liked, but these I love! I hope when they look back on them 50 years from now, they can still feel the love they felt that day.

The Schmidts

I had the pleasure of taking some family pics for the Schmidt family. Can I tell you how much I adore this family? They radiate love. Derek is in the middle east as a fire fighter, and came home for the holidays. It was a great time to take some family pictures - since they had none since Ms. Reecie was born. Did I mention I adore this family?
